Not unlocking the phone

I have a motorola phone that I purchased from an xfinity store some time ago. I can’t use it with xfinity since it’s not compatible anymore with their network. They cannot unlock it for me since it’s not on the active plan.
So I ended up with a phone that I can only use with xfinity that I cannot use with xfinity.

What are my options here?
