No one solve my problems

I just hate this company since I canceled my internet and i linked my xfinity mobile account to my wife’s internet I can’t access my mobile accounts no more and they atart charging me 66$ instead of 45$ every time I contact them they tell me they will fix it and i stay for hours with them and they don’t fix it at the end i got sick of this company i think i will change my service very soon

I've had to merge my mobile account to another residential account before as well, and we definitely want the process to be as smooth as possible for you. You've mentioned reaching out to our mobile support team before. Was this through chat and/or phone support?

@XfinityStephanieK  I have contacted Xfinity team by phone and chat more than 10 times and never fixed my problem it’s a nightmare being with Xfinity!! Never had a very bad experience with a company like i did with Xfinity i won’t recommend no one to be with Xfinity
