New xfinity mobile nightmare
I switched from visible mobile to xfinity mobile two days ago. First of all the person who helped me was extremely rude and was yelling at the lady he was helping before me. When he took my information he didn't repeat anything to me to avoid any mistake. Ofcourse he entered my phone's IMEI wrong. Within half an hour I got the email from visible that my phone number has been release and my account has been closed. I reached out to customer service yesterday and got my IMEI corrected but It's been two days since then and my phone is still not active. I have visited the store twice where nobody is willing to help. I have called the customer support atleast 5 times and they keep on saying it will take 24 to 72 hours. Are you really serious? I am not able to login to any of the accounts with 2 factor authentication enabled due to this mess. The porting department has confirmed that the port has gone through yet they keep on saying wait. I don't know what the hell is going on with this mess. Is there anyone who can help?
