New IPhone 12 Pro texting issues

I can not seem to receive the short text messages Capital One bank sends to verify identity and have me enter the code on the bank app. Bank says to have carrier unblock short text messages. All other texts seem to come through great. Any guidance is appreciated before I call CS at Xfinity!

It’s a ported number. I have tried all of the recommended changes found on web for the IOS update, cellular settings and WiFi calling but no luck. Thanks!

I am having the same issue, and xfinity mobile said they are not blocking anything. Sucks!
