I ordered a Samsung Z flip3 in September 2021 with the promise of receiving a $400.00 prepaid VISA card. Received the back-ordered phone in October 2021.

Now they tell me they have no record of it. Sounds like I got scammed by Comcast.

I would have never bought the phone if I knew they were going to "BAIT AND SWITCH" me.

I’m going through this now with an iPhone 13 pro max. I feel that I was tricked into buying it with promise of a gift card that would pay half of the balance
