Never received Iphone but getting billed since 2019 - $1000 value
Back in end of year 2019, I ordered an Iphone from Xfinity and got a notification that it was delivered at my apartment Complex office. I went there to pick it up and they never found it. They said they usually sign for bulk packages from Fedex and not for individual ones. They advised to contact the sender to let them know they actually never received it.
I let Xfinity know and the agent I had on the line advised to go to an Xfinity shop to get a replacement and that they will resolve the issue. I follow the advise and went to the shop and got another Iphone.
Since then I have been paying for 2 Iphones (One I never received and the one I am using).
Opened several tickets with xfinity, called more than hundred times, added police reports etc but nothing. Last agent I talked to let me know politely that I was on my own on that one and that I should deal with it and that they are sorry.
I am losing so much money with this Company.
I am so frustrated about anything related to Xfinity and will never recommend those services to anyone in the future.
Anyone had this issue in the past?
