Need FEDEX label for Samsung A70 return

I've been working with XFINITY support for over a week to get a return label.  This is the email they send:

HI DALE,
Here's a link to your shipping label
Thanks for contacting us to kick off the return of your product(s). Here's how to send us the goods:
  1. Pack the item(s) you are returning into a single box.
  2. Print your pre-paid shipping label and attach it to the outside of the box.
  3. Drop off the box at a FedEx Ship Center. You can also schedule a FedEx pickup by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX and selecting the option "I'm using a label," then following the rest of the prompts.

The URL for the label is http://fedex, which is not a valid URL

 

Anyone have the address to return the phone or XFINITY's 9 digit FEDEX account number so I can return the phone?

Just received a label from FEDEX.  The emails from XFINITY did not work.  Address for the return is:

To get credit you will probably need a tracking number... So just the address may not help you.

I am trying to do the same thing with an iphone.  Have been on the phone, intertnet chat, store with Xfinity Mobile for a few days.  I receved the same emial multiple times wiht no return label.  They are brutal.  Did you ever get a label?  and how did you go about getting it?

I’ve been trying to do the same thing for the past 4 days with an iPhone. Anyone have a successful return of their phone? Does that address above work? I’ll just need to get the tracking number from fedex? My worst nightmare would be to return it and them lose it and spend countless of hours trying to track it down.

Did you just go to FedEx and request for the package to be sent to this address or did Xfinity need to resend you a link in order for your package to be received?

I need help, I’ve been in the same rut for a while trying to return my device.

The rep said to me that if I send it through a FedEx label not from them, there’s a chance that it might get lost. I plan to go to their retail store today and get it taken care with them store manager. We’ll see what happens. I close to cancelling my business and home accounts with them.

They sent you a label through email, mail? The ones they’ve been sending is invalid. Did it finally work? Details please! 😭 I’m ready to pull my hair out.

I gave them a different email account and it went through.  I guess one of the representative's email actually went through. The email came from FedEx. Instead of an email from Xfinity with the link, the email came from FedEx with their link and an option to have the label printed at a FedEx location.

Fedex would not take the package without the RMA, after many phone calls and hanging on the phone with xfinity support, I did get someone that had fedex send me a label

I'm going through this same problem right now. I've had them send it from an outlook account and to a yahoo account and the link will still not open up. I've talked to people on chat and on the phone until I'm about sick of it and it seems like no one cares or will help. They told me that I have to talk to an "advanced department" between 8am-5pm tomorrow. They have a trouble ticket open, but I'm not even sure what good that will do. Everytime someone tells me that I'll be contacted within 24 hours, I never hear from them again! This is beyond ridiculous trying to get a label to send back a phone! Can you offer any helpful advice if you still read this forum, please?
