Need a direct chat reach out

I need someone on the Xfinity Mobile team to reach out to me for a direct chat please. I was lied to by your overseas “customer service” reps and set up to be [Edited: "Language"] out of my payment agreement. I need someone to assist me because I don’t appreciate once again being lied to. I have proof of what I was told which I can provide in a direct chat.
