Moving lines to another Xfinity household account

We are moving soon and we will be staying with my SIL for a while. 

Can we moves our mobiles to her Xfinity internet account, if we have to pay $25 per line because I no longer have Xfinity internet, I'll just look elsewhere. 

This is kind of a port from Xfintiy to Xfinity question !
