Mobile service keeps disconnecting

I just switched to Xfinity from ATT. My mobile service keeps disconnecting. I have to turn on airplane mode and then turn it off. The service reconnects then disconnects in about 2 minutes. I'm missing calls, texts, etc. This is frustrating. What's the solution?
