Mobile phone upgrades

Every whete online all i see is early upgrades for phones but there is no where i can find that xfinity offers upgrades for existing customer's that have there phones fully paid and have been a mobile customer for years. If any one knows if they do offer this to long time customers and which phone or if they do not offer this why not?

For iPhones the $250 is offered both for new lines and for replacing existing lines. For replacing existing lines just shop for the phone that offers the $250, select phone type, color, storage, and Pay full price. Then continue, then select line that you are replacing, and so on....... It will not tell you that you will receive the $250 debit card as you are going through this process.

Per, "If your current device is paid off and you want to hang onto it, you can buy a replacement device any time. Just visit the Shop page to select a new device on an existing Xfinity Mobile line of service."
