Mobile Phone $12.00 Credit with Super Triple Play

Good afternoon.


I just ordered Xfinity Super Triple Play. I also switched my mobile phone from Verizon to Xfinity to get the $12.00 monthly credit. 

My problem is nobody at Xfinity can tell me where my credit will appear.

Question will my credit appear on my phone bill or cable bill? And do I need to inform Xfinity I now have their mobile service? 


This is waht I saw when I choose my cable package:

Super Triple Play includes:

  • Free Self-Install Kit and shipping
  • DVR plus HD
  • $12/mo. off your bill with an active Xfinity Mobile line

Welcome to Xfinity!  Thank you for making the switch!  I appreciate you reaching out here in the community forums with your concern as I want to make sure all your questions regarding Xfinity are answered.


My initial thought after reading your question regarding your promotion is that the $12/month credit for having an active Xfinity Mobile line will appear on your cable bill.  However, I want to get absolute clarity for you regarding this so you have clear expectations of your billing going forward.

First and last name, mobile number, complete service address, and the last 4 digits of the pay method on file.

My credit is on the third page of my Xfinity Cable bill.
