Mobile Data not working on Xfinity carrier with Samsung Note20 Ultra

Just got my unlocked Samsung Note 20 Ultra and switch over my carrier to Xfinity, the mobile Data does not work.

Same with my wife's IPhone 7plus can't make any calls nor can use mobile data.

Any suggestions or solutions?
