Mobile customer service [Edited]
My experience with Xfinity mobile customer service is absolutely awful. I have been trying to rectify my situation for quite some time. Was told this morning when on the phone with customer service they couldn’t help to go to the store so I got to the store they told me they couldn’t help to go call customer service again. So I call customer service again they tell me that my account won’t be disconnected by the time I get home it is disconnected.
I explain the situation having 3 back surgeries and just needing some grace right now that I am receiving a settlement and will be able to settle the full balance by Thursday which is in 2 days and they tell me they can’t do anything because of the status of the account. No one informed me of the status of my account between the phone calls and the visit to the store. The account became disconnected all the while I was on the phone and in between the store and phone calls. The online agent gave me a number he assured me would be able to help, that number doesn’t even reach anyone. It says that the number cannot be reached by someone in my service area in other words I’m not an Xfinity employee.
I used to work for Xfinity and the way I was treated today was in no way shape or form the way that xfinity claimed that they treat their customers in training.
I am beyond disappointed and saddened by this experience. I am not looking for a handout just a few days grace to pay the entire amount due.

Getting any issues resolved is basically a full time job.You call customer service and always find a way to push the issues on to someone else.Or I love it how there never seems to be a Supervisor available to speak.
