Just got this mobile service, terrible to no service at home. Tried all the troubleshooting multiple times, multiple days on device and network. They even chatted with Verizon; both vendors recommended I switched back to AT&T. Said ok and a manager was to call me back in 24hrs to start the process...days later no call and cannot get someone on the line.
Next steps? Calling goes in circles, their online chat won't even load for me the service is so back, no email address found....
