Make it right
Very upset. After spending a long time on the phone agreeing to switch from T-Mobile to Xfinity, I was promised two $200 prepaid cards. This was supposed to help me with cancellation fees from T-Mobile. Later tonight I got called back and told that the promotion was over and I would not be receiving them! What kind of business is this?… You tell people a lie to get them to sign up and then you pull the rug out from under them? I’m sure it’s possible for you to extend this promotion to me. Please do the right thing and send me the cards, as I am already upset with Xfinity because my Internet service is terrible I feel scammed.
