Iwatch activation

Been it at for days, trying to get my watch to activate only to show me. “We are having technical difficulties, try again.” I’ve called the support line. Un-paired my watch x3 times. Restarted my phone numerous times did all the troubleshooting steps . Can someone please help me. Seems like a common thing .
