issues starting up service

i need help to correct this. i ordered my equipment and then tried to get xfinity mobile and it said i qualified for the 3 lines i wanted for a down payment on each, and i just needed to make a bank deposit before ordering then before the cable equipment reached me my cable order was accidentally canceled yesterday and then it was reactivated and now all of a sudden i only qualify for one line

Coulld it be the length of your cable service, it sound like you are new to Comcast/Xfinity.
