Issue swapping sim/numbers on account, no resolution after almost four weeks
I have a handful of major issues that started with one minor request. I originally wanted to swap the SIM/Number associated with my two phone lines. I now have two apple watch lines on my account, and the agent I talked with at the store says none of the SIM cards match what is on my account. He was stunned that I even had service. The store does not have access to the system to change what I need. They have to call the SAME SUPPORT NUMBER AS CUSTOMERS. He was not willing to do that.
I have called in multiple times. Waited on hold 2-5 hours and another hour or two speaking to an agent at least five times. I spent yesterday on hold for my entire work shift (8 hours) with no answer. I wish I could count how many hours in total I have spent trying to resolve this, as I have been trying for close to four weeks now.
Chat is only worse. Every single time i've used the chat feature they tell me there is a "system error" and that I need to call back in 72 hours. When I call/chat back after 72 hours they have no clue what i'm talking about or what I was trying to accomplish.
I really need someone to help me resolve these issues ASAP. I'm beyond frustrated at this point and don't know what else to do besides pay everything off and jump ship to another carrier.
