Issue on checking my Xfinity Mobile account during moving
It's quite frustrating that the Xfinity Mobile account keeps saying "Looks like you're not an Xfinity Mobile customer" like many people mentioned in the previous discussions. It seems like this issue is related to moving in the end of December. I am planning to port my number out but I cannot get the PIN number. I called the customer support center but it didn't resolve the problem. Anybody can help resolve this issue?
