iPhone 14 Pro Activation - My Experience

I have been following this forum since ordering 9/9.  Received iP 14 pro Max Monday 9/19 and iP 14 Pro Tuesday 9/20.

I started with my iP 14 Pro...I spent 2-3 hours messing with it following every instruction I could find and nothing worked.  Not only didn't anything work, there were several references to screens/menu items from users and forum staff that didn't even exist on my phone.  Finally called XM support and it activated within a few minutes.

The iP 14 Pro Max...Called XM support before I even turned it on.  Within 5 minutes it was activated :)

Until the Xfinity system gets the kinks worked out of eSIM administration, looks like you are better off just calling support to start with.

There are not many comments complimenting support on here of late, but let me add a cudo to them....thanks for the call back option.  I have used it three times in the past week and each time I was called back well within the estimated time frame given, each time I was able to understand what they were saying and each time the reason for my call was resolved.
