iPhone 13 Visual Voicemail

I’m having the same as many I’ve seen online and In the forums of Visual Voicemail not working on my iPhone. I have the option to call but not visual. I been dealing with the same issue for several months with no luck getting it fixed. I actually gave up months ago on fixing it but decided to try it again these last few days. Not to my surprise nothing has changed after chatting with numerous clueless representatives and hours of phone calls still no luck. You would think with this being a known issue their would be a solution by now. I even mentioned that could reach out to tier 2 support but they are still as clueless as ever. I’m so frustrated and over Xfinity all around.

@XfinityKrystal​ when I go to my phone dialer on my iPhone 13 and go over to the visual voicemail tab it only gives me the option to call my voicemail instead of showing it as visual voicemail.

Thank you so much for clarifying that for me, @Hokage! Have you already gone through the steps to activate Visual Voicemail? Are you able to send a screenshot of what you see when you try to access it?

I spoke to a representative in care who was able to transfer to someone who was able to help. Thanks for your assistance.
