I pre-ordered an upgrade for iPhone on Friday. I know it's a bit soon but has anyone seen the 'Shipped' status update yet?
Ordered a gold color w/ 256gb if that matters.

Greetings! I placed my order in September 18th and still no shipping confirmation. This is the very first time I get a delay ordering iPhones since 2007 and first time ordering with Xfinity.
Update: I just received my tracking number this morning at about 10 AM CST for the iPhone 13 Mini. The estimated delivery date is Sept. 30. Finally! Hope all of you receive yours just as quick. For anyone interested check me out and follow on Instagram @tony.mansion
I’m still waiting on my 13 Pro Max that I ordered on the 17th 😂😂 their site is showing they are on back order and delivery is “estimated” November 5th yet they have a all but the 1TB model of the regular 13 Pro sierra blue in stock . And I can’t cancel my max order so this is great never doing business with Comcast again for pre order again this was my first and last time .. also I’ve been charged there’s not just a hold on my card it’s actually fully processed what a joke.
@user_8cc695 If there’s an actual charge you may want to reach out to your bank. We had the same thing happen (charged on 9/23 but no shipping) then on 9/27 Xfinity Executive Resolutions tried claiming that they never charged our card (even after seeing a screenshot of the successful charge on our bank account) and told us that we would need to contact our bank because they weren’t going to help. Magically on 9/29 they must have found “the charge” because Xfinity refunded the charge without contacting us.
They told me today I should have mine by October 9th I’ll believe it when I see it lol
I ordered the Sierra Blue iPhone 13 Pro Max 1TB on the 17th a little later in the morning and not right as pre-orders opened. I believe on the original order page it gave an expected ship date of around October 9-11th? Currently there is no estimated shipment date accessible and it just shows my pre-order as “not yet shipped” and still has a button where I can cancel the order.
I really don’t think Apple made enough of these and/or totally underestimated demand!
I will just have to wait and see when and if it ships!
I ordered 2 - Pro Max 128GB Sierra Blue within minutes of each other on Sep 17th and received 1 on Sep 24th but am still waiting on the second one.
I just spoke to a rep and they are clueless on when phones are going to be shipped. It is very disappointing and misleading saying an expected delivery date on the 24th when they don’t even have them in stock. Today is Sep 29 and still they have no idea.
My phone is scheduled to finally arrive sometime before 8pm today. It requires a signature on delivery which makes sense, but if you don't have anyone home to sign for it there's no way to reroute it to a FedEx location for pick up. This is the message I get from FedEx. "Due to shipper restrictions, additional delivery options are not available for this shipment. For more information please contact the shipper." Since Xfinity is the shipper, the restriction was set by them right? Ugh I just want my damn phone already. The lack of communication from Xfinity is beyond ridiculous.

I think anyone who ordered anything except for the Pro Max should be getting their phones soon if they haven’t already . Especially if you preordered . I wanted a max this year so I’m still waiting for it .
I'm just so amazed at the people who haven't gotten their phones. Looks like Pro Max is the main one. I'm happy I was able to get out of xfinity.... went ahead with Verizon and supposed to get it on 10/8. I have confidence that I'll get it then or before then because they've never been late for me. I'm just amazed... truly. I'm so sorry for everyone that's caught up in this mess. I can't believe Xfinity charged people's cards and then telling them they can't cancel the order. That makes no sense!!!!
@Cicibrownie I am glad you didn't choose Xfinity for iphone preorder, there is no estimated shipping date at all with Xfinity and customer service is sooooooo bad. Hope you can get your iPhone in time.
Yep if they’d just give me a expected delivery date on my order status page that would be nice , when you order through apple anything is delayed it will always update with the new delivery date. I’m just waiting it out at this point. I’m not even expecting to get mine until November the way things are looking but hopefully it’s sooner.
Tried to contact Xfinity Mobile team using online chat again because last time I was told my order would be shipped before today. This time I was told I will get tracking number on mail within 24 hours.....I am not sure whether it's true or they just want to give me a short time so that I can leave chat happily, but we will see whether it ships tomorrow.
Update: it's another lie. I tried again and this time I learned that they have a stage called "fulfill", obviously "fulfill" does not mean my order is shipped it just means my order passed some order and fraud check. And previous agent all thought after this stage my order would be shipped right away. This time I finally reached a guy who gives me the exact same time as my order confirmation email which is 9th Oct. Unfortunately I think there are already DP showing that date is also unreliable.

What anyone TELLS you on the Xfinity chat or Customer Service via phone DOES NOT matter. Until you receive a tracking number, even they do not know anything in regards to when you will exactly receive your phone OR tracking number. Xfinity has handled communicating with customers very poorly.. on a more rooted note, the issue is with Apple's supply of phones.

Morning of 9/24....nothing. Luckily I was early enough and managed to cancel.
So I canceled my order last week thank goodness and immediately ordered from Verizon. They said it would be delivered by 10/8. Just got a notification that I’ll be receiving it tomorrow. They sent it next day air with UPS. I don’t think this is as much a fault with apple as it is xfinity. If they didn’t get enough phones they should have told their customers instead of letting people that ordered it literally the first day and even the second day wonder where their orders are when others are getting theirs no problem.
I ordered iPhone 13 pro max Sierra blue on September 23 , it said it would arrive by October 16 and it also says preorder availability October 16 on my order confirmation but I’ve contact customer service chat multiple times and they can never give me a definite answer , ive been told it would arrive in 2 days , November sometime, and I tried to contact my local xfinity store but customer service told me that there is no way for me to contact the local store via phone , I’m sick of xfinity I think I’d rather go to Verizon
So I did the pre-order and didn’t get confirmation. My order just stated back order so I canceled those. I’d ordered the pro max/1T and 13 mini/500? and both back ordered. Decided to go with 13 pro/500? And 13 mini/256 and they’ll be delivered today. Just gotta decide if the wait is worth it. The wait wasn’t worth it to me.
I was advised I am going to my 13 pro max 512 GB Sierra Blue next week! :) So excited! :D

, I preordered on the pre order date or September 18th, and the xfinity person cancelled my order due to internal issue. I had to reorder my iPhone which I reordered on September 26th.
@user_7d8765 they said october 9th to me last time I talked to them but we will see I ordered the 128GB of the Pro Max sierra blue on the 17th.
