I pre-ordered an upgrade for iPhone on Friday. I know it's a bit soon but has anyone seen the 'Shipped' status update yet?
Ordered a gold color w/ 256gb if that matters.

I just called them and she’s telling me October 16th even though i ordered it on September 17th at 8:05am. And they can’t cancel it either on their side so that’s great too 🤣
@user_8cc695 that’s insane. I cancelled mine yesterday. I was so aggravated with not being able to get an answer I just stayed with Verizon. They have a $1000 trade in right now so I traded in my 11 pro max and got my 13 pro max free. I took it as an omen that this was not good things to come with xfinity. I’m supposed to get mine 10/8 but every time I’ve ordered with Verizon I’ve always gotten it earlier than they said.
Can’t blame you. The customer service at Xfinity (the mobile department in particular) is horrible. Everything is completely offshore. I have had a far better experience dealing with their support for TV/internet.
@Cicibrownie it’s honestly a joke I always get my iPhones from apple and pay outright for it too but couldn’t afford that yet so I decided to try get it through xfinity instead big mistake. Apparently other people said once the cancel order button goes away on your account theirs shipped mine hasn’t . And they emailed yesterday saying my trade in on my iPhone 12 Pro needs to be sent in by the 8th of October but the rep saying 16th is when my 13 Pro max will arrive . Comcast always making stuff difficult I swear.
Yep I had my Apple pre order in at 8 am on 9/17 for full price but when I saw Xfinity offered monthly payments I canceled and bought from Xfinity thinking the delivery date would be the same. I will be getting mine on Oct. 9th though who knows if that’s the real date. Seems like the dates they are telling people are whatever dates shown on their storefront for people ordering today. Which doesn’t make a ton of sense.
@bgrieser12 yeah that’s what confuses me is the other day when the website said October 9th as the delivery I asked customer care and they said the same thing now today they are saying October 16th which is the dates on the website for new people ordering . Seems like it’ll just show up when it shows up at this point I kinda give up on bothering myself with it all because no one in Comcast has any answers.

I ordered mine at 8:25 AM on the 17th. 512GB Graphite Pro Max. It said available the 24th. I called late this afternoon and was told it would be November 5. No way. I canceled it. I won’t wait 6 weeks for anything.
@user_f15afe I’m sorry to hear. I just want to confirm you’re saying that you placed a pre-order for the iPhone 13 Pro Max in 512 GB like 25 minutes after pre-order commenced and you were just told your order was pushed back to 11/5?
I just want to be clear because I’ve seen a lot of people chat on here about orders and I’ve seen people chat about the Pro Max as well anyone who ordered it launch day and most people are getting them. I do know the Max in the larger GB sizes seemed to be the most popular this year. Perhaps you can get one from Apple.
I’m not going to give you the shpeel about ordering in a timely fashion because it sounds like you did and there may have been some inventory or supply issues that occurred after.

Actually it was 8:15. That was a typo. Attempted to order since 8 AM, but website wasn’t ready. I am now wondering if I was given accurate information. Sometimes customer service isn’t reliable. I will never know, but as if 4 o’clock this afternoon, it hadn’t shipped so unless they were going to overnight it, it would have been late.
I don't think the agent of XM is very trustful. I tried to ask estimated shipping date of my 13 pro max via online chat and one agent even told me "the device was supposed to reach on 20th however there has been a delay". In case what XM agents said is nonsense. It probably would be good to place an order in another place or try luck in apple store sometime, and take whichever comes first and cancel the other one.
@user_f15afe that is ABSURD. I just checked the Xfinity store for that model/size and sure enough delivery date says 11/5. I don’t think Xfinity customer service understands what a PRE-order means because to me one of two things is happening. Their reps have no real ability to see your delivery date and just feed you the current delivery window if you were to place an order today (which is useless). Or they are shipping out phones in somewhat of a random order and not actually sticking to the window they provide at the time of purchase. Both are not ideal and bad business quite frankly. Debating canceling my order and switching back to a different carrier. There are plenty of good deals out there for the new iPhones at the moment at all the major carriers. My whole experience with every Comcast customer service rep has been extremely unhelpful to this point. At the very least, I will never purchase direct through Xfinity again and I certainly have no interest having my wife transfer her line to Xfinity from Verizon.
I can certainly understand your frustration especially if you prioritized your time to make a purchase. I’m a fellow consumer not an employee of Xfinity. But as a person who switched from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile I can tell you the better service even tho it runs on Verizon it works better it’s faster and much less expensive and if the trade offs are occasional issues with an order I’ll deal with that. Whenever I call Xfinity Mobile someone answers the phone I don’t get redirected to a labyrinth of chat nor am I paying $380 for subpar service on 6 lines.
Having said that I respect your decision I’m finding out that Xfinity seems to be having some unexpected inventory stock issues with certain models if I had to guess I would say they are the same ones that Apple ran out of quickly as well.
I know it’s irritating and I’m sorry for that you don’t deserve that I’m just saying please think long and hard before making a long term decision over a pre-order. I pre-ordered 2 iPhone 13’s 1 regular 13 for my son one 13 Pro for myself they’re both in transit to me. So they can get it right but I see some others have not been as lucky and I feel terrible. I’m hoping something works out for you.
BTW if you call 611 for any reason just ask for Advanced Support right away. My contention is that the people who answer the phone first don’t know very much. Advanced support always resolves my issues.

I ordered my iPhone 13 Pro on 9/17, bright and early. The delivery said 9/24. I still have yet to hear anything or receive an email with shipping details. It does say free two business day shipping. Will I have to wait until 9/27-28 to receive my order? This is my first phone that I have purchased through Xfinity. I am really hoping to get it tomorrow.

@iPhoneGuy86 It just says placed on September 17th, not yet shipped. It is still giving me an option to cancel the order. I ordered the 512GB Silver Pro at 9am on 9/17. Email says Pre Order Availability: 2021-09-24T07:00:00-0500.
Same for me. Yesterday I was told it is now November 5 so I canceled the order. I can’t believe it would be pushed back six weeks. Something is seriously wrong at Xfinity.
Let me know if that happens I also got tracking info and it’s “supposed to arrive today by 8:00 PM” but when I track it it’s in Indianapolis Indiana and I live in Hartford Connecticut-that’s 12 and a half hours away. So something’s wrong either they missed a couple scans that aren’t updating in their system and it will be here on time or I’m screwed and it will be late.

I'm so mad. I pre-ordered the 512 gb iPhone 13 pro max at 815am. And it initially gave me a date of 9-24 today's date. Other ppl I know ordered way later in the day and have already got their tracking info. I called this morning and the rep said the date is now Nov 7th 🤬
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I just called xfinity. Ordered my iPhone Pro Max 128gb graphite on pre order day at 8:15am. Delivery for 9/24. No tracking info. Then get told by a xfinity rep today on 9/24 not coming till maybe 10/16. It has me upset. But at the xfinity store right now waiting for it to open to see if they have any in stock. If they do I’m getting it here and canceling my order online. We shall see at 10am.
@user_941d14 I am checking my Xfinity store as well. I was planning on just walking in at 10 — my guess is no line or wait but who knows. I don’t even know if they are carrying inventory because no one at Xfinity could answer that seemingly simple question.
@user_941d14 I’m truly shocked by everyone saying they’ve talked to xfinity and are given much later dates. It makes me mad because I also ordered first thing on Friday. I’m glad I cancelled. I know Verizon might be a little more expensive, $20 a month for my total bill in my particular case, but I’m getting the phone free basically, only paying $199 for it. It more than evens itself out and Verizon has always given me great customer service throughout the years. It’s just part of being a bigger company and having the ability to meet your customers needs faster and better. I hope you’re able to get your phone from the store!! Keep us updated!
@user_941d14 Im in the same exact boat I was very upset. Rep told me oct 16th. Basically hes using the date like as if I we're to pre order the phone today. which makes no sense because they are just using any date the website tells them as if they were a customer too.
Everyone that’s bummed out that you didn’t get your tracking info don’t feel too bad I did get my tracking info and my packages are late. Supposed to be delivered today but of course it’s 9:31 am and they’re showing as sitting in Indianapolis and I live in Connecticut and that’s about 12 and a half hours away. I called FedEx and I get clueless reps that insist the package is coming today and so finally I texted a friend that works for FedEx and he finally told me either it’s missed scans and I’ll get it or it’s delayed because FedEx is backed up.
@iPhoneGuy86 mine is also sitting in Indianapolis…delivery to MD expected by 8pm tonight. Idk if they pull that off. FWIW - there are a ton of fedex flights about to leave Indianapolis, you probably can follow the flight to your respective fedex hub!

Googled “fedex flights Indianapolis” then went to one of the first sites (flight aware). From there I just looked to see which flights might be going to a hub near me…which would be BWI or IAD.
Ordered a 1TB Graphite supposed to be here this morning…nothing. Canceled my order and reordered from Apple store for pickup this morning.
If service is so bad I’m having second thoughts about going with xfinity mobile. Anyone have experience with Visible, they are owned by Verizon.
I just went to an Xfinity store. No line at all. They had three Pro Max Phones left and they were all 256 Gb. My current 512 isn’t even half full so I bought one of the 256 phones. When I told the clerk what happened with my online order being pushed back to November, he said this happened with the 512 and terabyte phones.
@user_f15afe I showed up 2 minutes before 10 am and walked right in when they opened. Someone helped me within minutes and I quickly learned the great news that they did in fact have inventory!! Similar to you they didn't have the Pro in 512 GB which I had originally ordered but I checked my old phone's storage and also had plenty of room left -- and that was without even optimizing my photos to store on iCloud. So I decided to just go with the 256 GB and saved myself the $200. Win-win! I was in and out within 15 minutes. Shout out to Marcus at my Xfinity store for setting me up and canceling my online "pre" order!
I received shipping information for the Sierra Blue 256gb iPhone 13 Pro I ordered for one of my lines, but I still have no update for the Graphite 512gb iPhone 13 Pro I ordered for myself. Has anyone else received tracking for a 512gb model? I'm wondering if the delay is just because of that particular color/configuration.
I understand it is the 512 and terabyte models in any color. Probably gold would be the easiest one to get as it seems to be the least popular this year. If you buy somewhere else, you lose the $300 gift card.
Anyone received their package yet or anyone’s package appear to be on track for out for delivery? Mine was 12 and a half hours away in another state this morning when normally it would be like sorting at my local facility or on vehicle for delivery. I have a substantial lack of faith that it’s coming today…it left Indianapolis FedEx airlines a few hours ago. I’m thinking mine was on Boston or Newark since there wasn’t a direct one to Connecticut not that I saw anyway.
Anyone appear to be getting it on time?

I’ve noticed fedex has been VERY delayed recently. I ordered an item from Lowe’s on the east coast and it took two weeks to arrive. Two different and unrelated items we recently ordered also fedex delivered past their estimated delivery date. It would be a very rare to see these sorts of delays but to have three within a week is a bit concerning.
I just received my 13 Pro Max even though it just showed at the local facility and it wasn't showing out for delivery! I think a lot of the scans are very delayed today due to the iPhone release!
Mine just got to my local fedex location…expect out for delivery any time now…if it gets scanned!
Shock of the century I did get my phones very surprising considering how they were flown from out of state to me the same day.
I pre ordered the 13 pro max on the 18th. No where on the app did it say shipping times or availability. With no update yet from Xfinity I called today. Only to find out that it won’t be even available to a ship until November. If I purchased today it would say backordered and not available til November. When I challenged this they told me the app showed not available til November when I ordered it on September 18 (which it absolutely did not or I wouldn’t have purchased it!). They also told me I couldn’t cancel my order nor could I switch it to a different phone with availability sooner than November. So i preordered something that won’t be here for 2 months yet the order can’t be canceled.
I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would receive a call back. Nothing. This company is horrible.
@Xfinityishorrible1 I have definetly learned my lesson here. I will be purchasing my future iPhones from a different company. I have been on the phone with them all day! One person says I will have an email by tonight (which I don't) and the iPhone by Monday. The other says I won't have it until Oct.9. These people have absolutely no clue what they're talking about. I can not cancel my order nor can I track it. My current phone is unlocked and temporary, so I guess I will be going without a phone for a few weeks. Very dissatisfied with Xfinity right now.
I haven’t been able to cancel my order since Wednesday evening the option is gone but still no phone shipped . I ordered the Pro Max on the 17th at 8am and it said September 24th was my delivery date . FedEx delivery manager doesn’t have it on there either .
