You have already taken care of the first requirement for obtaining Xfinity Mobile (XM) service, which is to have a Comcast Xfinity high speed internet residential account. As of now, getting XM does require either stopping at a Xfinity store, visiting the website and logging in with your existing credentials, or by calling our customer support line at the following number (888) 936-4968.
