Incorrect service address

There is a small error in my xfinity mobile address (my xfinity Internet service address is correct, which is what it should be). I need it corrected so that I can order a new phone, otherwise there is no way to have it properly delivered. I’ve spent hours trying to get it corrected, and bkth the customer service reps on the phone and the folks in the store have told me they can’t make this simple fix. Is there a way I can do it online?

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3mbTqqj

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
