I have had Xfinity mobile for under a year. Incoming calls do not go through. It’s the worst business decision I have made to even try something other than a major carrier.

I just switched 4 days ago and had this happen twice. Never had this issue with Verizon. I am switching back at the end of this week. I’d rather pay $160 with no issues than to pay $45 with multiple headache issues. And trying to reach them via phone is a joke. You guys need to give it up and leave the phone business to the pros.
We have been having this issue for several years. We finally gave up and have people call our cell phones. However it only happens with important calls I.e. doctors.
