Incentive Tracker Inquiry Webpage NonResponsive
I am three weeks past my 90 day fulfillment status for BYOD Visa Card Promo. I've been counting on the $200 to offset phone expense. It still says "pending eligibility". My complaint is that I've filled out the inquiry contact form on the webpage three times with absolutely no response. The phone number is also a recording and apparently not monitored. This format is extremely frustrating! Customers do not want to be given a contact form and phone number that is useless.
I want confirmation that my eligibility status has been fulfilled.
