IMEI Updates for new BYOD phones

Hello, can someone reach out help me to resolve updating the IMEIs for our phones.

I have been trying to get this resolved for over a month now. Previously had 4 BYOD iPhones. Bought 4 new ones and have swapped SIMs.

Trying to give two of them to my in-laws so that they can sign up for Xfinity mobile, but they can't while XFM thinks the phones are already in use. All phones are SIM unlocked, I can provide old and new details if someone can step up to help me.

Already spent About 1 hour on chat on 9/21

Tried a post of reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/comments/d7vgbg/changing_phones_and_imei_for_lines/

40 minutes in the Xfinity store on 9/29. Associate said he would open an escalation ticket, but I don't have a number as he said he needed his manager to approve it first.

It is now almost 5 additional weeks and phones are still in the same state.

Thanks

I am in this same situation.  I just received my new Samsung S20 FE phone, got it all set up and swapped SIM cards.  Phone works fine, but my account still shows my old phone.  Called customer service, spoke to one agent who said he needs to update my IMEI number in the account, and then transferred me.  I've been on hold for over an hour, and the message keeps repeating that I have a wait over 60 minutes.  Can anyone help me??

I could use help with this, as well.

I could use some help as well. I've had my BYOD iPhone for a year now and just bought a new one from Apple I'd like to swap out and use my SIM with on my line. Doing the swap itself works but joning Xfinity hotspot wifi does not work and my account still shows my old iPhone.

UPDATE

Give them a call and have the system call you back so you're not holding forever. They were able to take care of it, but it took almost and hour deactivating my line and moving it to the new IMEI. Fairly painless, make some coffee.
