I’m an existing xfinity customer, I ordered new phones and I tried paying but it wasn’t going throug

I’m an existing xfinity customer, I ordered new phones and I tried paying but it wasn’t going through, I tried my two credit card and my bank debit card, all to know avail.. it keeps telling me to try again. Please what can I do?
