I was outright lied to!!
I upgraded my phones in June to new iphones. I purchased three phones because I was told at the store that there was a special $250 gift card promotion on new phones. Realized I have never recieved any such "visa gift cards" I called to check on status. I now find out that it was on for NEW customers only. I can't tell you how many times I asked if I was qualified (asked two employees) if I was eligible and the both lied up and down that I was I as eligible for a $250 gift card for each phone. They obviously knew I was a current customer because they looked up my account. That was the ONLY REASON I upgraded all three of my phones at that time. I don't know how you can get away with lying to your custsomers. I am seriously considered paying off my phones and taking them elsewhere because this hasn't been the first time. I was also charged your so called "device fee" for upgrading which I am not suppose to pay because I am an current internet customer. They also lied about that because they told me there was no charge but, of course, it shows up on my bill. Every time I talked to someone, they give me a different story as to what the fees are. This is ridiculous. The government needs to step in and issue more fines for fraudulent businss practices. I would never recommend your service.
