I have acp but no credits were added I don't think last month either.

I got awarded and approved for acp and not one dollar has been applied to my account. I have got on the messages through the Xfinity app. I have also called through the telephone. Each customer representative says that they are going to do it and I come to find out later on that. That's not the truth and far from the truth they never added $1 to my account.

Hi @user_901e17! Is the ACP credit you're referring to in regard to your residential services or Xfinity Mobile?

I have ACP but for some reason I have to call every month to have them take it out. Plus I got a deal where my bill would have a 40 dollar discount and nothing has been applied...
