I can’t log into my account
I am trying to become a customer! But I can’t log into my account on the mobile app or the website from my iPhone. In the app it says “having trouble retrieving your information”. When I try to access it through the website it comes up with
“A rendering error occurred: null is not an object (evaluating 'n.toLowerCase')”.

To send a private message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
