Horrendously Slow

My service is horrendously slow. 5G, full bars, unlimited data and less than 10gb so far this month, and I’m getting 8 mbps download speed?!?! Even my upload speed is faster (10mbps). This has been going on for a full week now. 

Why is Xfinity throttling my speed when I’m well below the 20gb per month threshold?!?!

Not only does it need to be fixed, I should be getting half-off my service for the last week.
