Haven't received my $200 gift card

Hello, I signed up for Xfinity Mobile in Dec 2021 and was promised with a $200 gift card at the time. However, I haven't received it as of today May 11, 2022. Also, when I went to the gift card status site, I couldn't look up the status of it all the sudden. I was able to review the fulfillment status last week using the same URL. When attempting to call the gift card customer service today, I waited for 30 mins and then I got hung up on. Please advice next steps.

Hello Xfinity team, are there any updates? I made a few more phone calls to the incentives department yesterday but still no one picking up the phone. Is the incentive department still operating? I'm very disappointed about the failed promise and the lack of response.
