Haven’t gotten my XF Mobile gift cards for $900. Bought phones in December

Bought 2 iPhones in December 2021 in the promo period.  Due $900 in Visa Gift Cards.  Never received them. Called 5 times.  Went to the XF store and got a trouble ticket number.  Sent a request on the Gift Tracker site.   Each attempt resulted in… no response.   Today is May 24th.  Help.

I have not received my Visa gift cards from December 2021.  I would not have traded my phone for $85, but the additional $450 made it worth it.  Also traded my husbands phone at the same time.  I am waiting for $900 as well.
