I have a gift card I received for my cell phone. Sadly it expired before I had activated it. Can it be replaced?

As I mentioned to santoshkmhatre in the other thread, I can definitely look into this. You do need to reach out to me through private message. You can do so by clicking on my name ComcastChrisL. Once you’re on my profile page, you will see a blue ‘send message’ button.
In your private reply, please include your first and last name, the full service address, the mobile number, and the last 4 digits of the stored payment method on file. After I authenticate the account, I will investigate this further for you.

Chris quickly answered my questions and turned the issue over to someone for resolution. I am waiting for the final answer but I am hopeful. Chris was very friendly, efficient and fast. I am very plesed with his efforts.
