Free phone promotions good for existing customers?

There are promotions for a free phone but the description does not describe if they can be offered to existing loyal customers.   Specifically these deals require one to buy the phone, then get 24 months of credit until the phone is fully paid with credit; however, it requires transferring a number.  Is there a deal for existing customers, and what is it?  Where is this posted?

UPGRADES: There is a $250 Back upgrade offer for all iPhones subject to availability online through January 4th.

Go to the XM website and shop iPhones. Select a phone, color, size, pay full price, select device, replace device on existing line, select device which you are replacing, and so on.

It's a little tedious but you will get a $250 debit card sent to you in 14 to 16 weeks, though you will not see any mention of this other than when you click on "See Details" on the first screens promoting the $250 Back on any iPhone.

"See details" doesn't say much, but "Pricing and other info" specifically says that  it requires "activation of new Xfinity Mobile line and transfer of phone number from another carrier within 30 days of phone purchase date."   That sure makes it sound like this offer is NOT for existing customers, unless you create a new phone number.

Thanks for finding this info, as it's not easy to find on the website.   However, these deals seem to apply only to the iPhones. I'm more interested in low end Android phones.   I see plenty of deals but still can't find if any of them are applicable to existing customers.   Thanks.
