FRAUDULENTLY KEEPING MOBILE ACCOUNT OPENED

1-In Late Nov, I spoke from Portugal (costing me more money) to XFINITY MOBILE to CLOSE my mobile account.
2-In December, I informed you that my ex neighbors stole my XFINITY HOME EQUIPMENT. I have filed 2 police reports on the matter for theft and blackmail. (You can ask [Edited: "Personal Information"] if they destroyed your equipment, sold it or kept them to themselves! They are thieves and are being investigated for online balckmail and theft!) Below is evidence of both reports.
3-In December, I was sworm that my MOBILE account would be closed; these have not been used for months!
4-I just got an email for the JANUARY CYCLE for mobile. YOU LIED. THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CLOSE THE ACCOUNT RETROACTIVELY!!! I am filing complaints with the FCC and FTC because this is fraud! I dont need more thieves in my life!

In regards to your Xfintiy home equipment, have you notified us before of the theft?If so have we addressed your concerns? If not, I would be happy to help here.
