I recently called and inquired about upgrading my phone September 9th. Everything the guy told me was a lie to the point that Xfinity terminated him. But they have not made it right for me. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone and every time I speak with someone they say we'll fix this and guess what it's not fixed. No one is following through with what they say. I started recording the conversations on my end where they say we're going to do this and this that you were promised and still nothing. This is straight up fraud! I have reported this to the FCC and they have contacted Xfinity and requires a response on when they will fix this very blatant fraud. How can this happen and no one do anything about even when they admit it's their fault? I have the audio recording of them saying that. I am going to post this everywhere so no one else falls victim to what happened to me. And this is not even everything they did wrong! This is an absolute mess and no one is following through with what they said they would do. I just got off the phone with another agent who said I don't know why this still hasn't been fixed I can see that they said they would but I'm not sure why they haven't. Story of my life with criminal company!

The FCC is helping. They already reached out to me and gave me the ticket number. They also said Xfinity was issued the report and have 30 days to respond. Crazy that same day I got that email saying the FCC took my case and notified Xfinity a tier 3 employee called who will be my point of contact to resolve this. Is a shame it took me reporting them to hopefully get a resolution.
