Extremely Frustrated & Inconvenienced
Order #232602008. When I awoke this morning at 6:31a, I order another iPhone 11. At 7:04a I received an email saying I needed to submit additional information and I had 72-hours to do so. At 1:07p on my lunch break, I called Comcast to verify that information that was needed such as who’s id did they want mine or the person I’m getting the phone for because I had previously submitted the same documentation. At 3:29p on one of my breaks, I submitted a picture of the front & back of my id. I did not have a utility bill with me at work. At 4:50p my order was cancelled. I got home from work at 6:30p upset because I don’t have the money to place my order again & have been adv I will be refunded. The card used was the same card on my acct. Now I’m not sure if this happened because when I places the order I entered contact info that was different than my acct. I did that because I thought that was information to contact about the order, not changing the preferred method of contact on my acct. I am upset because I was not allotted the 72 hours to submit the documentation, I wasn’t even given 12 hours. On top of the fact I have been on the phone with Xfinity Mobile for 56 minutes waiting on a supervisor & the corporate office closed at 6p.
