Error trying to view bill, setup autopay, make 1 time payment

We moved to a new address about a month and a half ago and since moving I have not been able to do anything that involves billing on my Xfinity Mobile account. Last month I had to call to make a 1 time payment as the India call center was useless otherwise. Can someone please look in to my account and fix this so I can actually pay you guys again?
