It's a bummer to hear about the error code that came up on that network/game. Were you able to get past it? Best practice, whenever you're experiencing any service issue, is to reboot the device first. You may have attempted that, but that can be done by unplugging the power cord on the back of the equipment for about 20 seconds and then plugging it back in. Another good resource to troubleshoot/reboot equipment is by launching our Xfinity My Account app on a smartphone or tablet. You can find it free in the app store and from there you can select the piece of equipment you're experiencing trouble with, be presented with several different options of symptoms/error messages you might be receiving, then selecting the appropriate option to progress onto the next troubleshooting step.
