I purchased my phone outright and xfinity will not unlock my phone because I owe for services.. I don’t owe for a phone at all… so they are holding my phone hostage..I am canceling all services now with them because of it

I am sad to read they were unable to unlock your phone, since here over social media we are unable to assist with Mobile accounts I would suggest visiting one of our XFinity locations for further assistance.
