So I've been having a lot of trouble since December 23rd 2022 with xfinity mobile or extenity internet and the call center first off. During the Philippines or in South America somewhere and they don't even understand what I'm trying to tell them and then they pass me back-and-forth to. So-called ambassador and passetor and don't you worry. We're I'm gonna be taken care of everything but anyway so I met my dad's house taken care of him. Hes left 25 miles away from my house. And I have exfinity internet home and I have 5 lines of mobile service with exfinity. And I'll let you stuff but my dad also has expenditly internet but every time I've been over here at his house like right now I have. 2 phones and a laptop connected to the network here with the past word and about a new laptop and it will only require me to use a security. Key only North to [Edited: "Language"] not in someone tell me what it first of what is a security key. What do I find it? I'm back to the customer service thing so I was up late last night trying to figure this out in the on the xfinity chat through my app on. My phone and they recognize me and they know. We've had issues talking to each other but? So. I kept saying I don't understand what are you trying to do repeat the sentence and then they send me to? Some other. Person? And then I said I don't like schedule an appointment. I said oh you know how no appointments and then what? Would you like to do? If I dare play With Me like? They. Were? Clown in. On me. I need to know how and who I can talk to someone about the situation come on too. I provided all my xfinity information for my home and mobile apps. I provided all my father information, address, name, network name ext I explained to look at my father's network and you'll see 4 of the 20 device's that connect to my home network, are on my father's network. Did they are very unrespectful? They think it's a game they don't mind all much about customers service and they say well. I'm gonna be in bassador for the day and I'm gonna take care care of everything. rest assured, Restassured that's what they always say I want to take care of all these issues. Well I guess I should have proofread what I was saying before I posted. Well never gonna learn to not use this voice text.
