Don't expect to get any promotion promised from Xfinity

I ordered 3 phones, and due to a configuration setup error during the ordering process, Xfinity used that to refuse two Promotions for $500/each. I spent dozens of hours on the phone trying to work it out, when I could even get through. End of the story, NO to $1000. They are just looking for any reason not to deliver on their promises.

I would recommend steering clear of Xfinity for any type of service. I even moved my internet which was very stable to Xfinity, and now I have daily drops, nobody can fix.

One is better off going to Verizon, same service, MUCH better customer service. I need to come up with $2000 to move there, and as soon as I can, I will.
