Deceiving Sales

I’m a xfinity Wi-Fi customer, I was encouraged by xfinity to join xfinity mobile service since my contract was almost up and receive gift cards. I joined xfinity mobile. Now I want a new phone. I’m told if I get a new phone from xfinity or bring my own phone that I would forfeit my gift cardS. When I initially explained that I wanted to soon get new phones. I am soooo upset. I’m either stuck with my old phones or forfeit the entire reason the sale associate made the sale in the first place. I called numerous times and advisors would disconnect when they felt stumped

In general, due to account security, our options with Xfinity Mobile accounts are very limited. We're unable to perform any device or account-specific requests or support over this platform, but I do understand it seems like you have reached out to our Xfinity Mobile specialists several times regarding this issue. Based on the information provided, it sounds like the gift cards have specific terms for eligibility which is typical for such offers, and this is preventing you from bringing your own device or getting a new phone until the terms are met. Did the Xfinity Mobile team advise what specific criteria have to be met to receive the gift cards?
