Death of Account Holder

My mother passed away in December of 2020. I closed her XFINITY COMCAST account on January 17, 2021. I cannot find any way to close her XFINITY MOBILE account. I called the COMCAST helpline on 4/3, and they forwarded me to someone in MOBILE who said he was opening a ticket and it would be taken care of.

I'm still receiving bills. I have no intention of paying beyond 1/17/21. How do I get this straightened out.
