Death of Account Holder
My mother passed away in December of 2020. I closed her XFINITY COMCAST account on January 17, 2021. I cannot find any way to close her XFINITY MOBILE account. I called the COMCAST helpline on 4/3, and they forwarded me to someone in MOBILE who said he was opening a ticket and it would be taken care of.
