Customer service keeps lying and can’t do a single thing

I’m just trying to change my phone number and every time I call they say it will be done in one hour and it never goes through. Transferred around and put on hold for hours, I’m so sick of this service. Why can’t they complete this simple task?? I am just going to cancle

I will be happy to help you get this taken care of for you, If you would like to proceed please send me a private message with the following information; your first and last name, the full address for your residential service, the last 4 digits of the store payment method on file, and finally, your current mobile number.
